Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product is received damaged.
- The wrong product has been delivered.
- The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
Return Request
Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order and provide:
- Order Number
- Product Photos
- Description of the issue
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Used products
- Customized products
- Products damaged due to improper handling or installation
- Orders returned without prior approval
Refund Process
Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Replacement
Eligible products may be replaced instead of refunded, depending on product availability.
